At Engo Eyewear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance electronic eyewear; if you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

• 2.
  Package Your Device

  Carefully place the eyewear, charging cables, and original documentation back into the protective case and shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
